No storefront. No waiting room. Whether parked in your driveway, perched at your favorite view, or tucked beside your gathering, this work meets you where you are.

If something comes up, I'll try to fill your spot. If I can, you'll be fully refunded.

Parking & Setup

In order to accommodate my mobile clinic, please ensure there’s a reasonably level spot at your location for my van (about the size of a standard cargo van). I carry materials to adjust the table slightly, but steep slopes aren’t workable. Feel free to reach out with questions about setup.

Services

Holistic Massage

This therapeutic, full-body massage is designed to support both physical and emotional ease. Using slow, intentional strokes and gentle holds, each session encourages tight muscles to soften, breath to deepen, and the nervous system to settle. Whether you’re navigating stress, tension, or simply seeking rest, this work meets you where you are.

Restorative Flow

Restorative Flow blends massage and energy work gently, offering a therapeutic experience that supports both body and mind. Sessions include slow, intentional massage using oil or lotion, combined with subtle energetic techniques to encourage softening, regulation, and reconnection. This work invites the release of tension- physical and emotional - and supports a quiet return to center.

Stillpoint Method™

Stillpoint Method™ is a Carrie Carpenter Healing Arts modality that invites the body into a moment of deep internal quiet - a “stillpoint" - through gentle touch, sound resonance, and subtle energetic techniques. This method offers a structured yet intuitive approach to nervous system regulation, emotional ease, and embodied presence. Offered individually or in small group settings.

Groups & Gatherings

I travel to women-hosted gatherings, retreats, and seasonal circles - offering Stillpoint Method™ sessions for small groups using massage tables. This meditative, energy-based work is gentle, grounding, and designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional ease.

I also offer individual sessions at gatherings when space and time allow. These may include Restorative Flow or Holistic Massage, depending on location and licensing.

Pricing depends on location, number of participants, and space details.

If you’re interested in hosting, please send a request to hello@carriecarpenterhealing.com with:

About Carrie

About Carrie

I’m Carrie Carpenter, a licensed massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and Craniosacral Therapy provider. I received my massage therapy license in July 2011 after completing the Holistic Massage program at the Namaste Institute.

I created Carrie Carpenter Mobile Healing Arts to bring restorative care to women in rural Maine and beyond. My practice blends gentle bodywork and energy-based therapies to support regulation, rest, and reconnection. I don’t heal people - healing is something we each do for ourselves, when offered time, support, and a quiet place to begin. I offer that place: a mobile refuge where the body is invited to soften and the nervous system can settle.
