🌿 Why I Work Quietly
In my sessions, I move quietly - without chatter, without instruction - so your body can soften into stillness and your mind can rest. This quiet is intentional. It’s an invitation to let go, to listen inward, and to allow your nervous system the space it needs to recalibrate.
Silence is not absence - it’s presence. It’s how I hold space for deep restoration.
That said, your comfort is always the priority. If at any point you feel too warm or too cold, if the pressure isn’t quite right, or if a scent doesn’t sit well with you, please speak up. You are never interrupting. Your voice is welcome here.
This is your sanctuary. I’m here to support you in it.
